Our History
Since 1999, Le Grizzly has been an emblematic place in Gérardmer, in the heart of the town, just opposite the riding school. Founded by a regional cuisine enthusiast and lover of his region, this restaurant-brasserie-grill quickly established itself as a must for lovers of Vosges and mountain specialties. From the beginning, Le Grizzly wanted to offer an authentic experience, combining the warm atmosphere of the mountains with a generous menu of traditional dishes: fondu de géromé, sauerkraut, munsterade and wood-fired grills. Its success lies in the quality of its local products, sourced from Vosges producers, and in the warm welcome of its team. Over the years, the restaurant has evolved, while remaining faithful to its roots. A true institution, it has become a meeting place for locals and visitors, who come to enjoy comforting cuisine in a friendly setting. The Grizzly embodies the spirit of the Vosges terroir with authenticity and passion.
